Customer survey qestionnaire results

Back Office Support Services continually strive to provide a valuable and unique service to all our clients and regular feedback is of paramount importance to us. In April 2011 we asked all our clients to complete a customer survey questionnaire and we could not have been happier with the outstanding results. We asked our clients to comment in all components of the service and here we have a snapshot of some of the results and some of the comments we received:-

100% of our clients agree that our attention to detail and accuracy is of a high standard in both payroll and credit control
100% of our clients consider Back Office Support Service to be part of their team
